About Martha
I am a personable and confident person, who loves learning and who wants to pass that passion and excitement to anyone I teach. I do not believe that exam preparation should be stressful, and am able to set high expectations without excess pressure. I have found that my other students want to do well, and I help with that extra push alongside their hard work. There is always room in my sessions for individual interests and passions! I have tutored three children in the past year, all of whom whether A Level or GCSE, achieved two grades higher than their working grades when I began tutoring. I believe this is down to my tailored approach and high expectations. I plan my lessons following the sessions I have, in order to tailor them to the needs I identify throughout the lessons. I am qualified for Pearson, AQA, IB, OCR, having had practice in each of these exam boards.
