An Automotive Engineer and a certified Grade 8 Trinity College Graduate who absolutely loves playing and teaching Piano and Digital Keyboard with a passion of inculcating the love for Music across all ages. Whether you're a child who's pushed into music lessons by your mom or dad or an adult who's rediscovering their love for music, I've been there and can relate to that but this time, when you actually take the decision to enroll, don't fret since I'll be your tutor along the way.

I believe music should feel safe, expressive, and personal and not intimidating. My teaching approach balances structured musical training with creative freedom. I focus on building strong fundamentals in technique, rhythm, sight-reading, and musicality, while encouraging students to use the piano as a means of self-expression. Lessons are adapted to each student’s pace, learning style, and musical interests, ensuring steady progress without pressure.
The usual structure of a class
Each class is 60 minutes long and is generally divided into three parts:
• Practical playing: technique, pieces, posture, and expression
• Music theory: understanding what you play and why
• Aural training: listening skills, rhythm, and musical awareness
This holistic approach ensures well-rounded musical development. While this structure provides consistency, lessons remain flexible and are adjusted based on the student’s goals and interests.
I have been learning piano/keyboard since the age of four and have over 12 years of teaching experience. Growing up with a piano-teacher father, music became my emotional language early on. I understand both disciplined training and the emotional side of music, and I aim to create a learning environment where students feel encouraged, heard, and confident. My goal is to help students make music their safe space, not just a skill.
My classes are suitable for all age groups, from young children (4+) to adults (up to 60). I teach complete beginners as well as students with prior experience, tailoring lessons according to age, ability level, and personal goals, whether learning for exams, hobby, or pure love of music.
