About Harika
I discovered Qi Gong and its multiple benefits several years ago, when I was looking for an activity that could help me improve my physical health as well as improve my emotional balance.
Surprised and delighted by the great support offered by this alternative practice, I decided to follow a two-year training to become a teacher of Health Qi Gong and Daoyin Yang Sheng Gong at the "Life Care Center" (member of the Belgian Qi Gong Federation of Health). My teachers were Thésy Vogliolo and An Debie, and I was also fortunate to train with several well-known Chinese teachers such as Zhang Jian and Yang Yu Bing.
More recently, I deepened my skills with Teresa Menchén and Miguel Martín in Spain and I continue to strengthen my knowledge in Traditional Chinese Medicine, energetic body practices and meditation.

The Qi Gong exercises that I offer are composed of smooth and slow movements, which make them very easy to follow. This practice is thus accessible to everyone, regardless of their age or physical condition. The only thing required to join in are comfortable clothes.
The originality of this bodily practice is to combine physical movements, breathing exercises and mental concentration in order to get stronger and more balanced, not only physically, but also mentally and spiritually.
Created by Professor Zhang Guan De the sequence of Daoyin Yang Sheng Gong movements can help preserve your health in general or help you take care of / heal one organ in particular.
All this makes my courses very interesting for anyone who wants to maintain good health, prevent disease or have an alternative cure, in addition to other conventional treatments.
Classes are taught in English, Spanish, French or Turkish.
