About Mate
I am a committed and passionate Singing tutor with 9 years of teaching experience, having mentored between 150 and 200 students in strengthening their vocal skills and confidence. My mission is to deliver high-quality, personalised vocal training that supports both technical growth and creative expression.
I carefully assess each student’s voice, including range, tone quality, breath control, and musical preference, before designing a customised learning path. My training focuses on breath management, pitch precision, tonal clarity, vocal strength, flexibility, and performance techniques.
I also guide students in developing emotional connection, stage presence, and professional presentation skills. Vocal care and correct posture are essential components of my lessons to protect and enhance the voice. Through structured practice, clear communication, and consistent motivation, I help students grow into confident and expressive singers.

My teaching methodology for Singing emphasises confidence building, technical mastery, and creative exploration. I first understand the student’s goals and musical interests. I focus on breathing control, posture alignment, and vocal warm-ups to ensure safe practice. Then I guide students in mastering pitch accuracy, tone clarity, and smooth vocal transitions.
As they progress, I introduce advanced elements such as dynamic expression, improvisation, and stylistic flexibility. I use mock performances and group singing exercises to build stage presence. Each session is carefully structured with time for revision and new learning. I provide clear feedback and continuous encouragement. Along with Singing, I teach rhythm skills, ear training, and voice culture techniques.
