About Mercy

I am an undergraduate in Global Health and Social Medicine BSc. I have tutored before for 13 months at a tuition centre in North London where I taught KS3 and GCSE Science. These lessons were group lessons of 3-4 students. In my GCSEs I achieved 9-9 in Combined Science trilogy, and in A-levels I achieved a grade B in both chemistry and biology.

About the class

When I am helping to fill in gaps in knowledge, I like to start off with a few general questions to identify the student's strengths and weaknesses. From there we begin to work on those weaknesses. I would teach the topic to them and then give questions to test how well they understood. If teaching new content I would start teaching and then progress to questions to test their understanding.
