My 500-hour Yoga Teacher Training in Rishikesh combined with 13 years of instruction informs how I adapt Hatha fundamentals to your unique physical reality. Because I have spent over a decade teaching both online and in studios, I recognize that progress is a quiet, internal process. I focus on posture correction for desk-workers to ensure your body feels open and supported throughout the day.
