The class begins with pranayama (breathing exercises) to energetically prepare the body, followed by joint movements that predispose it to movement. A series of postures are explored, focusing on their alignment, while remaining centered on the breath, which serves as the guide. Participants hold each posture for a period of time according to their individual capabilities. At this point, they follow their body's natural inclination to move, paying attention to a few guiding principles to enhance their perception. The class concludes with relaxation.
