About Samir
I believe good lessons are tailored to the student and break down difficult topics into simple steps. I use questions, analogies and exam practice to build both understanding and confidence. Lessons typically last an hour and can focus on content, exam technique or specific weak areas. I achieved top grades in Biology, Chemistry and Mathematics at A-level and have classroom experience in supporting students from GCSE through to A-level, also.

I have experience teaching science at secondary schools and fully understand how demanding school can be. Additionally, I have gone through the university and medical-school admissions process myself. I try to combine clear, constructive teaching with genuine mentorship and encouragement. I’m patient, approachable and want lessons to feel collaborative — something we work through together rather than me simply talking at you. I’m also happy to support students outside lessons with questions or guidance whenever needed.
