Namaste! I am Sneha, and my goal is to make yoga an accessible, transformative part of your daily life. My teaching method is rooted in functional alignment and mindfulness, ensuring that every pose serves a purpose for your unique body type and energy level. I don't believe in "one size fits all" yoga; instead, I share my knowledge by breaking down complex movements into simple, safe, and effective steps.
A typical lesson with me follows a balanced flow:
Centering: A few minutes of breathwork (Pranayama) to leave the day's stress behind.
Warm-up: Gentle movements to prep the joints and muscles.
The Main Flow: A series of postures (Asanas) tailored to your goals—whether that is building core strength, increasing flexibility, or athletic recovery.
Cool-down & Savasana: Deep stretching followed by guided relaxation to integrate the physical work.
What sets me apart is my focus on the "why" behind the movement. I empower my students with the knowledge of how each pose benefits their nervous system and physical health. I provide real-time adjustments and use inclusive language to ensure you feel confident, never overwhelmed.
