I’m Michael, a passionate primary school teacher based in Melbourne with over three years of hands-on experience in local classrooms. I love working one-on-one with children because it allows me to truly understand their unique strengths and challenges and tailor lessons to help them shine.
I became a tutor because I believe every child deserves to feel confident and excited about learning — especially when it comes to literacy, reading, and English. Watching a reluctant reader light up when they finally “get it” or gain the skills to enjoy books independently is incredibly rewarding. Whether your child needs help with phonics, comprehension, fluency, writing, or simply gaining confidence with books, I tailor every session to their individual needs and learning style. Lessons are interactive, engaging, and full of encouragement so children feel supported and motivated to succeed.
I offer one-on-one support for primary school students (Prep to Year 6) both in-person in Melbourne or online. My goal is simple: help every child become a confident, capable reader who enjoys English and feels proud of their progress.
