About Jonas
Born in Sweden, I've lived in Cyprus, Miami, NYC, Paris, and now London. I studied dance, choreography, and pedagogics and worked many years on and behind the stage. I'm a certified personal trainer, group fitness instructor, and fitness yoga instructor and have worked in the field for over a decade by now training hundreds of happy clients. My specialisation lies in bodyweight and light weight personal training that can be done from home, dance fitness, and weight loss for better health. I travel globally, training trainers and dance fitness instructors, teach group classes at Frame in London, and work as an independent travel agent. I'm passionate about LGBTQIA+ rights and volunteer for related organisations.

Once a professional dancer, choreographer and musical theatre performer, I've traversed the stage of wellness after overcoming multiple surgeries. My experiences led me to delve deep into the world of fitness and healing techniques, earning me certifications as a personal trainer, group fitness instructor, and fitness yoga instructor. My own struggles with body image and weight since childhood and my years as a dancer were the catalysts that drove me to devise a sustainable approach to weight management, all about living a long and healthy life, far from unrealistic societal expectations. As your steadfast fitness ally, I guarantee our sessions will be far from the mundane gym routine you've come to dread. My clients often express that their workout sessions with me have transformed from a dreaded chore to the highlight of their week. With persistence comes transformation, and I promise to guide you through each step of your fitness journey. I offer coaching both virtually and in person, from my private studio in Paddington, London. If you prefer, I can also travel to your home or gym, and even accompany you on your travels. In my spare time I work as a travel agent and my speciality is putting together one on one wellness retreats and wellness group travels to exciting destinations. Let's break the chains of societal expectations together and strive for a healthier, longer life. Drawing from my rich background as a performer, I intend to make every workout a performance where you are the star!
