  I learned it at school since kindergarten. It's the main language of my education and I have always loved it.

  • Historical: Victor Hugo (for French), Gibran Khalil Gibran (for Arabic), Molière (for French theatre).
  
  • Fictional: Le Petit Prince (French).

• 3. Is there a typical word, phrase, tradition or behaviour in the language that you particularly like?

  I love the proverbs and the songs in this language. They are full of meaning and emotion.

• 4. Why does speaking this language matter to you?

  It's the language of my learning. It's part of who I am.

• 5. What is the main difficulty in learning this language and what can help the process of learning?

  The biggest challenge is the different pronunciation rules and the grammar. The best help is practice, practice, practice!

• 6. Provide a valuable anecdote related to your language learning or your days at school.

  Once, in school, I had to recite a long poem in front of everyone. I was so nervous, but after I finished, my teacher congratulated me and told me I had a talent for the language. It really motivated me to keep learning and sharing it with others.

• 7. How has travel or a specific trip helped you to increase your skill and knowledge of the language?

  Every student for me is like a trip without taking an airplane - I discover so many things about their cultures and their ways of seeing the language.
