Getting over the fear of speaking is always the highest hurdle, and I believe kindness and patience and gentle prompts are the key to gaining confidence! I've given English lessons to French adolescents when I was living in Paris as a 19-year-old. My lessons are casual, fun, and aimed at anyone wanting to sound like a native!!
