Clarice got her GCSE results yesterday. She got A in maths, biology and physics and B in chemistry. I think she did fab. She is also absolutely delighted as UCS have offered her a place in sixth form. Just wanted to say a massive thank you to you for all the efforts that you put in and see you next term for intensive maths!!!!

I just wanted to say a massive thank you for all of your help! I cannot believe I managed to go from a U to an A in my retake and from a D to a B overall. I'm so happy and I could not have done it without your help, especially with exam technique!

I am delighted with my AS result I got a B in Chemistry and this has moved with your help from a D at Christmas. Thank you for all the support and help and I will be highly recommending you to anyone in the future.

Hi Frank – just a quick note to let you know that Aidan got A*AA and is going to Imperial to study Biology, and Sophie got AAB and is going to study Chemistry in Bath. Both are extremely happy! Thanks for all your help!

Just wanted to let you know Chloe got an A in her biology! Thanks for all your help, she really felt it made such a difference. Chloe's off to Warwick to study psychology which was her first choice so she's really happy!

Just a note to say that Ella achieved A/A* in her science GCSEs
yesterday and was thrilled! Alex also achieved an A in his Biology A level and is off to Durham University in October. So a final thank you for all your help with both Alex and Ella. It really made a huge difference to both of them and we very much appreciate all the work you did with them - it definitely gave them both renewed confidence in the subject.

Hi Frank, Thank you so much for all your wonderful tutoring trickery. I achieved AAB, which was more than I needed to get to my first choice university. I'd like to send my sincerest thank you to you for being an incredible tutor. Not only did you help me to nail down content and exam technique, but you helped me to discover a genuine interest for human biology. Hi Frank, A massive thank you for your work with Jodie. It has most certainly paid off. Her AS resist went from U to A !!! With 103 UMS marks out of 120. Her highest achieving exam of them all! Thanks again. She wouldn't have managed it without you.

I am delighted to say that my daughter has benefitted greatly from instruction from Frank. He has always been punctual, reliable and happy individual, installing confidence in my daughter. By encouraging Sarah to work one chapter ahead of each class, Sarah has enjoyed her lessons more and tried to regard them (where possible) as revision units. Sarah is not a gifted scholar, and has to work hard to get her grades. Frank has done much to advance her knowledge, breaking down topics into understandable bite sized pieces of learning. He has been happy to reiterated areas of work when required and set revisions pieces. I can highly recommend Frank.

Great Science Tutor, very patient, reliable experienced and focused, he knows his stuff. Able to work with students at all levels of the ability spectrum to help them achieve their potential. As a parent I would recommend Frank, but also so would my children, who were always happy and willing to have tutoring with him. They never saw his lessons as a chore and enjoyed working with him. That in itself speaks volumes.

Frank tutored two of my children in subsequent years for their GCSE science exams. They had weekly sessions with him until study leave when he fitted in more intensive sessions including mini-group sessions with other local pupils. Frank is always enthusiastic about the sciences and manages to explain tricky concepts in manageable bites.

Frank was an engaging and interesting tutor. He helped me by having me practice the subject between lessons and then checking my understanding at each lesson. We had participative sessions which made the hour go really quickly
