About Penelope
I am a former IELTS examiner and IELTS teacher (China) and professional instructional designer, holding an MA in Educational Technology. Penny is a great teacher! She really understands how people learn and she makes learning enjoyable so it will be remembered. I have know her for over 30 years and she is very trustworthy and dependable.
Penelope is extremely knowledgeable about the IELTS exam! I am a teacher, and I have previously used her app suite with my students. Her materials are excellent. They are very carefully-designed to work together to prepare students well for the IELTS test.

A lesson is 1 hour. A one-time Materials Fee applies (online practice and workbook environment) $20. Lessons focus on Speaking and Writing unless otherwise desired. A free writing test and feedback is included in the free lesson. A speaking test is also added to the first 45-minute free lesson, for 60 minutes total. Discount: For 20 hours $400
