About Sravani
Excercise and workout would surely help me reduce excess fat from my body but the day I inculcated yoga in my routine there have been a loads of good changes in my every day action and reaction in just a week session. But yoga is something that welcomes people from all age groups without having any prior practice or any equipments. So, let's bring-in the old age method to keep our inner self on an active mode.
