Perfect! I have been doing Yoga with Siddhi from almost a month now. I enjoy the classes and in every class there is something new to try and learn. I have become much more flexible, reduced weight quite a bit and am full of energy throughout the day. I am really thankful to Siddhi introducing me to the benefits of Yoga.
