About Isabella
Hi! My name is Isabella, and I’m currently a university student at the University of British Columbia (UBC) in Vancouver. I’m originally from Shenzhen, China, where I studied for 13 years before moving to Budapest, Hungary, to complete four years of middle school (IGCSE) and high school (IB diploma). This international educational background has given me a deep understanding of both Chinese language and culture, as well as diverse learning styles across different systems. As a native Mandarin speaker with strong academic experience in Chinese literature and writing, I am passionate about helping students build confidence and skills in Mandarin reading, writing, and comprehension.
