I am an experienced teacher, adviser, researcher, and subject expert. I am available for History / English tuition at Basic, GCSE, A-Level, and degree levels in Cardiff, Pontypridd, and surrounding areas. Furthermore, I am also available for online lessons. A lot of my lessons take place at local public libraries. My teaching is interactive, fun, probing, interesting, thought-provoking and thorough. I have also worked with students who have ALN and have plenty of patience and compassion for students who need extra help. My teaching method is based on what works best for the students. With their input, I construct a tailored lesson plan. Depending on availability, I offer 1-hour lesson slots that can be booked more than once a week. My list of qualifications is extensive and varied. I hold a First Class History degree and am studying towards a PhD.

Supriya has been my tutor for the last 6 months. I have special learning needs, and not many tutors can help me. I feel very comfortable learning from him. I hope he will be my tutor for the next few years.
A really good tutor who is never in a rush to end the lesson. He always gives me the help that I need. If I do not understand something, he will find an easy way or examples to teach me. He has really helped me a lot with my history degree and also with my English language. I also found out that he donates his fee to charity.
Supriya was such a fantastic tutor, I did not have a clue what I was doing on my history degree. I have passed with a 2:1 and now doing a Masters because of him. He showed me how to write an essay and how to build my argument into it.
With the help of Supriya, I passed my degree at Cardiff University with a 2:1. Supriya knows his stuff and is very skilled with essay construction. I have had lessons with him for over a year. I will use him again for my MA.
Supriya is very knowledgeable and has helped me to achieve high grades in my history degree. Unlike other tutors he genuinely wants me to do well.
