About Farhad
Great at Mathematics and really enjoyed teaching it for almost a decade. But I always love learning and continue to develop, and pursued a new challenge in the Tech industry.
Currently, I am a Cloud Engineer at a global energy company and have gained soo much more knowledge.
But I do miss teaching, especially having one-to-one teaching/tutoring, where students are most motivated and can gain the most from me.
I have taught and been entrusted with teaching a variety of A Level classes and top set Year 11s. Teaching at state and private secondary schools with different experiences of Mathematics, I have a well rounded teaching experience.
Aside from Mathematics teaching and Academia, I enjoy a variety of sports and travelling.

Student led lessons mean I help you with what you want. On a typical basis, I ask what you need help with and we would take it from there - building on from simple context and assessing you throughout to tackle different difficulty levels within a topic.
If you're not sure where to start, then we do a deep dive into a recent assesment and close of any knowledge gaps. After addressing these gaps, we then go into focussing on varied complexities of Problem Solving questions.
Throughout every lesson, AfL (Assessment for Learning) is used to judge the pace at which we go through content.
