Yoga is a beautiful and highly beneficial practice but we all know that gyms and yoga studios can be intimidating and often discouraging for a new yogi. Most "beginner" classes still require basic knowledge of poses and usually move at a fairly rapid pace. With my one-on-one coaching you will becoming familiar with the names of poses, how to enter and exit these shapes carefully as well as proper, safe alignment of the body for maximum benefits. Every class will be custom designed for you and your body as we work together to create a stronger, healthier you inside and out!

Perfect! Jenn is a great yoga instructor. She crafts her classes based on your preferences and provides clear instruction, which is hard to do virtually! She's super easy going and incorporates meditation into the practice which is a really nice addition. I would recommend booking with Jenn if you want to keep active and have a tailored experience that suits your needs - and have fun!
Perfect! I've been practicing yoga on my own on and off for about two years now and I noticed that I wasn't making as much progress as I'd like to. From our first session, Jenn has been incredibly helpful in my yoga practice by helping me improve my form, and how to best achieve my goals. Jenn's very easy-going and fun to work with and learn from, but I'm always getting a good workout that's tailored to my needs.
