As a teacher, I am very time-flexible, compassionate, self-disciplined, have drive and the patience to reach my students and I don't mind working overtime until my students understand. I also consider state and local testing objectives when devising lesson plans and I make sure students understand the materials on which they'll be tested. I am very much able to alter my styles so that every one of my students can learn effectively.
