About Ena
Hello, my name is Ena. I am from Germany but I live since almost 2 years in Paris, France. Before I felt in love with sports I was working for a big German company.
Now I am an extreme sport athlete in Skydiving (Skydiving). Last year I participated in my first big competition (French Cup 2019). During the summer month I am getting outdoor-coaching by the World Champion of Freestyle, Yohann Aby, with my teammate. The trainings are mostly located in France and Spain but can also be in Germany or somewhere out of Europe, like Florida for example. During the winter month I am training Indoor Skydiving to deepen my practice and to learn new tricks. All my Indoor Skydiving Trainings are also coached by the World Champion.
As an Athlete I am looking all the time for Sports and movements that are helping me to become stronger and in the same time more flexible! Skydiving is a sport where it's recommendable to have a good balance and inner peace - as jumping out of an airplane can be super exiting :-)! That's how I came to Yoga.
Because I love teaching and spreading my knowledge I made my Yoga Teacher Training in Paris in Spring 2020 and graduated as a registered Yoga Teacher with Yoga Alliance (RYT 200). Now I am happy to enjoy movements together with you - to help you to become stronger and more flexible and to help you to find inner peace.
My teaching is in English or German and can be done online or face-to-face (in Paris or anywhere else - for details please contact me :-)).

My classes are well-balanced with all necessary movements to feel better in the daily life after practicing Yoga. That's why I love to concentrate on stretching and strengthening the body in the same time. In addition to that I like to take a focus on breathing-techniques as well as balancing moments. My practice is for everyone from a complete beginner to a intermediate Yogi. And of course for Skydiver and non-Skydiver ;-) (but if you are keen to skydive once in your life you can also ask me any question you might have)! The practice with me can be powerful and challenging but also calm and relaxing - it's up to you and your needs! If you have any questions - I am happy to help you!
