Hello! I’m a yoga instructor, mentor, and coach with over a decade of personal practice and seven years of teaching experience. My journey includes a 1,000-hour yoga apprenticeship, a NASM group fitness certification, hundreds of hours of personal development work, attended many retreats, and extensive time in Bali—where I immersed myself in daily, hours-long practices. My passion for healing and prevention is deeply personal. At 23, I suffered a debilitating shoulder injury that I feared would limit me for life—until I met the teacher who transformed my world. Through intentional movement and breath, I fully restored my shoulder, igniting my commitment to help others optimize their bodies, minds, and energy.
