About Stephanie
I am passionate about the benefits of yoga and how it can be incorporated into anyone's life. I aim to make yoga accessible and fun, providing you with more tools for your wellness toolbox.
I've always had a love of fitness, wellness, and education. Yoga spoke to me because of it's holistic nature and the many benefits beyond just the physical practice. I completed my 200 hour yoga teacher training in 2017 in Atlanta, Georgia, and completed my 300 hour training in June 2021.

I've worked with athletes, men, women, children, runners, church communities, corporate offices, college classes, LGBTQ, and those with anxiety and depression. I believe yoga can be for everybody and every body.
I would advise a student to first research the teacher's background and see if it matches their goals. Second, I would emphasize the initial conversation around goals and that a good instructor will map any outcomes to student goals. Transparency is very important.
A few things worth thinking about before reaching out
Students should know that yoga is not a one-stop shop for wellness. While it is very beneficial, there likely will be other activities to include to help reach goals. Students should spend some time thinking about what their goals are, why, and be ready to share what they've been doing on their journey so far.
