My name is Tessa and I am a 350HR Registered Yoga Instructor. I used to work 50 hour weeks running companies and helping them find success. I decided to take a step back and set myself up for success and take a journey within. I always practiced hot yoga but didn't know why. Practicing Yoga has fulfilled me in many ways and I love sharing that with others and making them seek happiness and fulfillment as well.
