Competent and professional, I work with every age group and have 10 years of experience working with students in group and individual settings. Comfortable with working with elders or anyone with limitations or Injuries. Sessions are tailored individually. Open to introduce meditation practices as well or/and incorporate yoga philosophies and principles if interested:).
