About Hailey
I started my own journey when I was a young teen, with yoga. I had already been meditating for several years. Tai Chi and QiGong called to me around the age of 18. In my late 20's Belly dancing began to chatter to me. Now I teach each seperatly and as a Fusion class.
Energy healing and Reiki has been flowing through me since a wee child.
I am an RYT200 yoga instructor who has been studying yoga since I was 14. The style of yoga I teach is unique as it blends Tai Chi and some belly dancing with yoga for a well rounded and fluid feel. My niche is working with beginners and those returning to the moving meditiations.
I am also a Reiki Master teacher, Meditaion facilitator, Energy worker, Animal Communicator and Intuitive.
I teach at three studios in the area already. Orinoco in Libertyville, Nurture Yoga and Massage in Richmond and Centre Club. I teach privatley at the studios, in my home and I go to my private groups and one-on-one privates in their home or offices.

I have worked with all ages from infants to 105. Many of my students have had stereo types put into their minds. I like to help them to feel how unique they are and how beautiful that is. We are all snowflake and deserve to sparkle like one, fractal brilliance.
Ask them how they can modify poses for you. See if, they can answer questions, or at least say they will try and find out the answer if, they do not have it.
A few things worth thinking about before reaching out
I ask my students to please tell me of their physical and emotional needs before class. That is if, they would like to. Any of the moving meditation styles I teach can be altered to fit most cases. I want people to enjoy a safe and relaxing experience.
