About Rose
Hi there! My name is Rose King. I am a Certified Life Coach and Yoga Teacher, with a MA in Criminology, working with women for almost a decade! I also have training in CBT, DBT, Mindfulness for Trauma, and Mind-Body Connection.
I got into working with women because I had trouble trusting other people and had trouble trusting myself. I wasn't able to stand up for what mattered to me and ended up in unfulfilling and toxic relationships. It was all about making the other person comfortable and filtering my words and actions. I lived in fear and shame.
I felt beaten down and just worn out mentally, emotionally, and physically. I hated myself and I didn't know why. It took me years of hard work and education to understand the core of my struggle was a lack of relationship with myself.
I have worked with almost 100 women taking them through a similar process that I personally went through to feel the self-love and self-worth that I feel now.
I help women because I understand how important it is be the woman you truly desire to be. What it feels like to come from hell and stand tall, proud, and successful. What it looks like to be confident, vibrant, free.

I really enjoy seeing the transformation women go through in my program. How they come from this place of pain and fear to a place of freedom and growth. Being able to see them live the life exactly how they want to live it, brings me a sense of fulfillment.
Each woman has a unique journey. I love getting to know them and feeling like I am living out my dream of helping others.
I also enjoy my own personal growth and learning in the process. I am constantly learning new tools/frameworks to bring to my clients and always learning new ways to teach and show up as the best possible version of myself.
I have been working with women in various capacities since I was a teenager. I started with assisting grief workshops after loosing my father unexpectedly as an early teen. Over time I began volunterring with women that were dealing with addicition and trauma as I was in my own recovery process.
I continued to educate myself and learn so I could continue my own personal healing as well as working with others.
I turned down an offer for a Phd program in Psychology so I could pursue coaching as it aligns with my personal beliefs on goal oriented, purposeful healing.
I have a MA from Bar Ilan University in Criminology. I studied personality traits and the prefrontal cortex extensively.
I am a 200HR Registered Yoga Teacher and Certified Life Coach.
I have a Mindfullness Meditation for Trauma Certificate and personal knowledge and experience in CBT/DBT and mind-body awarness.
I also have 9+ years experience in different 12-step fellowships working with women in addicition and trauma.

We start with a complimentary 30 minute Assessment Call, where we go over the current struggles, goals, and objectives. I explain exactly how I can help you in the process.
Then, I start each client with 4 sessions to see if its a right fit and to make sure they are happy before moving forward.
I work with women that suffer from low self worth and self confidence; struggle with trusting and loving themselves; have a history of toxic relationships and trouble setting boundaries; stuck in fear and shame; and generally feeling overwhelmed with life.
Many of my clients have been through traditional therapy and I also work with women that are currently or formally in 12 step fellowships but remain unhappy.
I would suggest setting up discovery calls and seeing how you connect with the coach and ask yourself the following questions:
How do you feel when you are with them? Do you relate to them? Do you feel safe talking with them? Do you feel seen and heard?

I recently moved to the US with my husband after living aboad for 9 years. I came back to culture shock and seeing the US through completely new eyes.
