As a Coach, Yoga Instructor, & Reiki Healer, Sarah is on a mission to empower humans to heal themselves and awaken to their true Self by reconnecting to their bodies, nature, and a Higher Power.
Sarah is inspired by nature, shamanic healing, womb wisdom, and the chakra system. She empowers you to find your own answers and guidance through connecting with your body’s wisdom and Higher Power.
With 10+ years yoga experience, 2 years Reiki experience, and many years of deep spiritual and emotional healing work, Sarah is fully equipped to support you with a safe and loving container for transformation.
You will receive a blend of energetic, spiritual, and practical knowledge and ancient wisdom to help you overcome obstacles in life, love, relationships, spirituality, career, and everything in between.
When working with Sarah, you’ll experience powerful breakthroughs via breathwork, dance, meditation, inner child healing, womb healing, yoga, and powerful coaching techniques so you can blossom into your best self.
I'm excited to help you reconnect to your body through movement and breath. Your conscious awareness to your body is the key to healing and living your best life! We need to FEEL in order to HEAL. When you are familiar with the sensations in your body, you can process your emotions much easier so your emotions don't hold you back from stepping into your power and true potential.
I love connecting vulnerably with other humans. I go in deep, and your life will be changed for the better because of our work together. I do not do the healing, I just give you the tools and support for you to facilitate your own healing! You are the maker of your own destiny, and it's OK to accept help along the way.

We drop in together with a meditation to unite our breath and arrive in presence as One. I will typically have a theme or intention in mind for the session, however the student can also come prepared with a question or intention of their own that we will address together. The nature of the session will depend on whether the student is looking for yoga classes or coaching services. Either way, there are guided meditations and breathwork in both sessions to help the student's body integrate the powerful work we are doing. The mind doesn't always remember, but the body does. This impactful embodiment work will allow you to feel spacious, calm, grounded, clear, and powerful after the session.
