About Tanya

I love to help people gain strength and flexibility through gentle yoga asana and breath work. I am also level 2 reiki certified so if you would like to practice reiki as well or are curious to try that out as well, we can!! My approach is nourishing as well as strength building.

In the spring of 2013 I met an incredible woman named Teresa at a holistic health center in Lafayette CO. She is a reiki master who educated and helped me get my level 2 reiki certification. In the fall of 2017 I received my 200hr yoga teacher training from Full Circle Yoga in Longmont CO. I practice yoga and reiki daily and would love to help others feel well too!

About the class

For new students we spend some time getting to know one another and talk about goals and if the student has ever practiced yoga or reiki before. I also need to know if the student has any injuries or had injuries in the past so we can be mindful not to cause any harm to an area that may be sensitive.
