1. I ask the student about what they understand about Yoga and what they expect from the lessons with me.
2. I introduce the student to the discipline of Yoga and meditation and teach them how it works on body and mind.
3. I assess their capabilities in body and mind to receive lessons and customise my lessons accordingly.
4. I assure them of a general well being after each lesson and I ask for regular feedbacks.
1.On physical theraputic level I have worked with people suffering from acute Arthritis, old age senelity, children with ADHD, Chronic bronchitis and obesity.
2.On psychological level I have worked with people having schizopherania, anxiety , excessive anger, suicidal tendencies and uncalled passing out with the help of meditation.
