We believe in the power of indoor rowing! Our Concept2 indoor rowers deliver a low impact, high results, full body workout that is safe for your joints and good for the soul.
Our group training approach allows everyone to train in a fun, encouraging setting no matter what your fitness level or age. You determine your level of intensity while being motivated by our hands-on instructors.
For more of a challenge, our FitRow classes combine the cardio training of the row with the strength conditioning of the TRX Suspension Training System.
Whether you’re looking to begin a new exercise program or looking for an effective cross-training workout, we invite you to experience the Lowcountry’s only indoor rowing studio with the areas only Certified Instructors.

I get a complete body workout every time I row. Way better than physical therapy because of my back problems. Working out with either Brian or Cheryl Provost, the owners, is like having your own personal trainer! Also, both have so much knowledge about personal nutrition. Since Cheryl is a certified personal trainer, she provides one on one training sessions. Coastal Rowing Studio is my own personal gym. I am 63 years old and feel younger and more energetic than ever thanks to rowing. Thanks Coastal Rowing Studio for keeping me fit.
