I love working with students to understand exactly what they're stuggling with, and helping them through the process of "cracking the code" to be successful in their courses. Everyone has a different way of understanding things and varying paces. I feel that I have a great ability to assess where the student is at and correctly guide them towards success.
I began tutoring students when I was in high school as requested by my teachers in my AP classes. It became a common occurence and continuance when I went to college, and even graduate school. I've now tutored over 50 different students the past 7 years.
I've worked with students my entire life. I've had 20+ students in varying AP classes, 10+ students in high level college STEM courses like General/Organic chemistry, Biochemistry, and Physiology.
I've also tutored numerous students in the SAT and MCAT.

Helped with my biochemistry courses at Ohio State. He was a biochem major himself so he actually helped me more than some of the biochem TA's here lol. Actually very impressed with his explanations, made it a lot easier for me to know what to study and how to study it.
Michael was really patient with me for chemistry. In the first few lessons he really dug deep into my current knowledge and skill level, and then he seemed to adjust the lesson plans accordingly because his explanations and lessons made more sense to me than any other teacher I've ever had before. 100% would recommend!
