I treat all students as if they are beginners teaching paint properties , colors ,color mixing . I do a series of exercises to loosen and liven their works . Most of my students leave energized and come back for a second session . I am a certified art teacher rather than just a painter and understand process with the ability to convey my message . I can mix beginners and intermediate with success . The beginners have success as they listen to all instruction and create beautiful works They also learn from the intermediate painters. The intermediate learn from the beginners and loose there " mold" by viewing the beginners successes as good listeners . It's a win win .

Franny is an inspiration and a great teacher. She instills the confidence in her students to take your painting to the next level. I took many of her classes that helped me immensely.
Franny is a wonderful instructor and a dynamic person who it is enjoyable to spend time with.
Franny is incredibly talented and an excellent teacher. As a beginner she was able to build my painting skills and move me out of my comfort zone. After her workshop I felt that I had learned so much and gained confidence in my painting abilities. I felt very fortunate to have her as a teacher and look forward to another workshop.
Franny has years of painting experience, in studio and plein air. She is very enthusiastic and encouraging no matter what level of experience you may have. I learned to get out of my comfort zone, and experiment with new methods. Very, very helpful workshops!
