About Galanda
I am a wellness practitioner guiding people on how to live with more joy in their daily lives and increasing their emotional intelligence. I work with people who are experiencing transitions personally, professionally or mentally and want to improve their daily living. Individual/group clients obtain their goals through a combination of coaching, meditation and yoga to fit their personal needs. Corporate training include workshops to improve emotional intelligence for personal and team success and meditation practices to manage stress. I incorporate aromatherapy, crystals, plants, meditation and guided meditations into my practice and client solutions.
I am a certified in mindfulness meditation, have completed 200 hour yoga teacher training and ICF approved engagement coach training. My gifts for intuitive listening and installing calm have been with me for many years and I'm glad to have as my purpose to share those gifts with other to improve their lives.
I provide PRIVATE yoga instruction. I am not affiliated with a studio. I provide coaching and meditation services virtually or in person based on location.
