I am a US Olympic Certified Personal Trainer who has trained athletes, begginers, weightloss, bodybuilding, seniors, rehab, groups, and much more! I am a former fitness manager at multiple major gyms whos has been in business over 10 years. I will meet you where you are and safely graduate you to your desires fitness level. I am also a former pro athlete, disabled Air Force Veteran, instruct CPR, and do community outreach programs for youth sports.
