Pa Academy International Martial Arts is a traditional Tae Kwon Do karate school where self defense and spiritual martial s is taught! Students range from age six to senior citizens can apply! Kata forms date back to the 1800s and honor respect for family and membership hold president over everything else! Nutrition health and prevention of ailments are discussed!
