About Bresett
As a multi-genre professional guitarist of 43 years, I understand the difficulties guitarists can encounter when trying to expand their abilities. As an instructor, I specialize in helping the student find the exact barrier to their progress/understanding and assist them in unravelling the mysteries of music and guitar.
I love helping people reach their musical goals.
I began teaching in 1983. As a performing guitarist I was regularly approached for lessons so it started organically. I found out that I was able to help players out with stuck areas and get them moving toward their goals.
I trained formally at an early age. Began playing blues and rock guitar at age 14, Jazz guitar at 18. Primarily self taught on guitar with the exception of tutelage by Berklee alum David Peters. Learned several global styles on the job with players of different cultural origins.
