About Shyrelle
Hi my name is Shyrelle :) I’m a certified yoga/dance/fitness instructor located in Hollywood. I can offer a more cardio based power vinyasa flow, yoga sculpt (light weights), a more restorative/yin style class, or a combination. Im a professional dancer & have been a group fitness instructor for over a decade & can incorporate that in your sessions if desired. I’m a meditation instructor, reiki practitioner & massage therapist and can use essential oils, crystals, singing bowls, rainsticks, etc if that is of interest to you at the end of your session. I like to talk through everything from injuries, traumas, diet, way of life etc to truly get to the root of what brings them to finding a private instructor.

Definitely take her class. Super great flow👍
I am a newbie to yoga & have only had a couple sessions with Shy, however I’ve already learned so much & am seeing improvements. She takes time to adjust me in poses that I need help with my alignment. She also helps to stretch me out & gives me a beautiful massage at the end. It’s so magical!
I enjoy her energy. She fills the room up with her smile & kicks my butt each & every time. Happy to have found her.
Shyrelle is lovely. She’s very patient with me and my practice. I’m returning back to yoga after a car accident and have less range of motion. She continues to guide me to a path of light & gratitude. Her life story is also inspiring.
