About Lory May
Teaching people with "two left feet"❗I specialize in beginners and start them off with basic social dance info. Cover most of the rhythm dances and give them a foundation in "nite~club" slow dance as well. The most enjoyable part of the teaching process for me is there are always new people to meet so it never gets boring! My classes are ALWAYS fun first but you will come away with solid, useable patterns, coupled with technique and style to match! 👣👣🎵🎶❗
I have a background in ballet and jazz and began my ballroom/latin dance career in the eighties~ turned Pro in 1981.Was officially trained in the Arthur Murray dance Syllabys through Gold Standard level.
I teach ALL categories, including C & W if you want that too! Also did my fair share of the competition circuit as well! Will tell students more background info as lessons proceed.
