About JacQues
I've been a Professional Chef for over 10 years! I've worked in many kitchen settings (fine dining, banquet, casual, fast-paced) Learning various cuisines from the brilliant minds of other Chefs & making my version! Putting my spoke on the wheel. I love teaching others how to improve their results and spark creativity! Those minds have the same curiosity I had when I first started. Let's learn about one of the main activities we do daily...
