About Donnie
Cooking is love and everyday life, and a very important part too. However, most people are intimidated by it; is it too salty? How do I know when it's done? What do I need to cook with? We would like to help people demistify it and just cook! Cooking is as rewarding as it is therapeutic; slicing and cutting, sauteing and plating, it's easy and with a few basic techniques you can create incredible dishes and have so much fun with friends and family. I have been a professional Chef for almost 20 years and have had such a great and exciting life and would like to share that with others who are either experienced dinner party hosts or a novice. Some of the best memories in life are always around food and you can do that as well. I've been cooking at some of the top restaurants in DC, Boston, and even Lima, Peru.
