About Quinisha
It all begins with Quinisha “Q” Story’s culinary career early on, she was inspired by her Southern Grandma Rosie and respect for southern down home cooking. After graduating from the Miles College in Birmingham, Alabama 2005 she earned her degree in Communications. She then, moved into a career in Post- Secondary Education Recruiting for the past 13 years. She has completed Advanced Cooking Skills at The Art Institute of Atlanta Georgia to include Baking Pastry and European cuisine.
In 2008, Quinisha took over her kitchen and developed recipes for new exotic cupcakes and pastries, where she elevated QBella’s cuisine to its current state, continuing to update her menu seasonally reflecting her most recent private and publiccatering functions.
Quinisha’s vast menu of comfort food ranges from cupcakes to fried chicken, with dishes like Shrimp and Grits with homemade butter biscuit. Also, Quinisha’s Award Winning Pan Roasted Stuffed Chicken Thigh Sandwich with pesto, sweet pepper aioli and Garlic Yukon Mashed Potatoes.
Quinisha Specializes in One on One Cooking Classes,Meal Prep, Pop-Up Shops, Network Catering to include catering to some of the celebrities of Atlanta to include some of the Housewives of Atlanta. She has completed food consultations to include better catering and eating options. The Southern Charms of Cooking “Cookbook” will be coming out in November just in time for Holiday Entertaining and Gifting.
