About MICHAEL
My service stands out because I have a very strong background in chemistry. I enjoy teaching it, and I am dedicated to developing your understanding to help you master the material for your course or test prep.
I find it very fulfilling when a student masters material they had previously struggled to grasp. I also enjoy sparking interest in a subject that many students have trouble relating to and enabling students to achieve their academic goals.
In high school, I excelled in AP Chemistry, AP Calculus, and AP Environmental Science. I attended Northwestern University for my bachelor's degree, and majored in Chemistry and Environmental Science. I am currently a graduate student at Caltech with a focus in organic chemistry.
I tutor chemistry at the high school level as well as at the undergraduate level where I specialize in teaching organic chemistry.
