I began karate training at age 8 and never looked back. Began helping out at the dojo and taking both the children's and adult classes from age 11-14 to gain extra training hours per week to achieve my goals in all aspects of my training experience.
I have taught Karate in a dojo, Kickboxing and cardio kickboxing, I have been interested in weight training, boxing, and bodybuilding. Further experience with elders in a long term care facility, and anyone who may feel intimidated, I offer a unique approach.
