About Ray
Boxing has always been a passion of mine and when combined with my 15 years plus of personal training experience, you're getting a complete workout. I spent nine years as a Tier 3 trainer at Equinox where I honed my craft, I'm certified in TRX, kettlebells, L1 weightlifting coach, pre-post natal and Vipr!
