About Izaiah
Full body work outs that help mantain proper form and techniques. Everything that is taught has been used in real fights. Training sessions are built to have the most efficient and effective styles.
I grew up fighting and eventually got into boxing as well as other martial styles arts. Styles including Muay Thai, KickBoxing, And real self defense. Boxing is what I'm best at and what I do most. I have done private training sessions with many kids, teens, and adults. I know various styles of boxing that are all used for different reasons. Once my clients get the basics down and move into advanced training I teach Thai, and other styles of boxing as well, for more knowledge and ability to adapt to a variety of styles. I am a certified kickboxing coach at 9round Kickboxing gym.
