About D’Juan
D’Juan Woods is a former collegiate wide receiver at Oklahoma State University where he earned a bachelors degree and lead his team to 4 bowl championships. He finished with MVP honors and ended his tenure 3rd all time leading wide receiver in school history. D’Juan went on to play in the NFL for the Jacksonville Jaguars and super bowl champion New Orleans Saints . D’Juan career was cut short due to a severe spinal cord injury that nearly left him paralyzed. Upon Recovery D’Juan brought his sports and coaching knowledge to the realm of personal training and group fitness where he has worked with a spectrum of clients from college and Pro athletes to A-List Celebrities. D’Juan is a Nike Master Trainer and is the Equinox “Prodigy”. Equinox’s premier group fitness instructor.
"As a former professional althlete i bring that same focus and intensity to my training sessions. My athlete get results and over all become the best version of themselves. its not about training as much as it is about the athletes mindset approaching training. I build winners! So if being the best and working your butt off to remain the best isnt your goal then i am not the trainer for you!"
I enjoy changing lives. Over the years ive change over 100 people and have inspired and motivated hundreds of thousands of athletes to push the envelope to be the best they can be.

First is the assessment. I figure out what goals my clients have. I Find out where they are currently, then develop a plan to get them to where they want to be. During our training I will use my expertise to target my clients weaknesses and turn them into strengths. I believe in giving my clients what they want but also giving them what they don't know they need.
