About Adam (ACE)
I am a Golden Gloves Champion and currently a Certified USA Boxing Coach with over 20 years of experience in the sport of Boxing, both as a fighter and a trainer. My specialty (and what I am known for) is pad work, a.k.a. Focus Mitts. I was the former Master Trainer for 9Round Kickboxing located in Ann Arbor, MI for the past 4 years, and here I gained recognition as a skillful instructor. Now, i teach boxing classes at Title Boxing Club - Ann Arbor, but also teach one-on-one boxing technique there, my home, or a preferred place of my client. My clients will learn all the techniques, skills, and mechanics required to be a great fighter. The skills you learn with me can be carried with you as you progress into a competitor in the sport, or as someone bedding skills in self defense.
I love the art of Boxing. Yes, I said ART, because that's what it is. The "sweet science"! The fighter is the artist, working on his/her own masterpiece as he/she progresses in skill level. I enjoy the "aha" moments on the faces of my clients when they start to understand the little things required to become a great "artist". I am serious about the sport (yes, it is a sport too), but I love to have fun with it. I have an 80 punch combo that my clients and I begin working on once their skills have developed enough to do so. Once we learn this combo together, clients often want videos of them executing such a feat, then show their family and friends. Afterall, if you cant have a little fun with such a demanding endeavor as boxing, then you may be in it for the wrong reasons.
I am certified through USA Boxing for coaching with 20+ years as a fighter and 5 years as a trainer. I fought out of the same gym as Deontay Wilder in Tuscaloosa, AL. In fact, Deontay and I were on the same team for years. Now, I am strictly training students. My training does not have to take place in a boxing gym, but at my student's location of choice (my home, their home, parks, gyms, etc.). Most recently, I have trained out of a local gym in Ann Arbor and am currently a boxing instructor at Title Boxing Club - Ann Arbor.

We begin with the most basic fundamentals of fighting starting with a thorough breakdown of the boxing stance & posture, the 6 punches of boxing, footwork, defense, rhythm, style & adaptation. The student's skill level determines how we approach their training, which ranges from beginner to professional.

Perfect! Ace is training my son and cousin. He's amazing, professional, and kid friendly. He takes his time and he is very patient. I asked my son what did he like most about the class and his answer was.
He likes the fact that Ace doesn't try to cram everything in one training session and that He's very encouraging. We can't wait until his next session. I highly recommend him!!Perfect! Perfect! If you are looking for a quality boxing trainer this is definitely the guy to go with. He’s super accommodating and pays attention to every little detail. Anytime I have questions about something he went over in a session he’s a text away and replies in a timely manner. Give him a try, trust me you won’t regret it!

Ace is incredible to work with and have as a boxing trainer. I had never boxed before in my life, but always had boxing on my list as I am an athlete and love trying different workouts. Boxing is way more technical than I ever imagined and the way he trains and teaches the technique is fun, challenging and rewarding. Ace trains at a pace that is a great balance that pushes you, But also gives you time to truly master the techniques he’s teaching. Ace is motivating and an amazing coach. In our sessions we go over everything from stance, pad work, blocking, shadow boxing and more. With Ace as your trainer, no matter your background, I truly believe anyone can learn to box with him as your coach. Also, Ace is really fun to work with! Ace is an excellent boxing coach. He starts with the basics and progresses from there. He is patient and encouraging. He has a lot of boxing knowledge and is able to teach with an experience and trained eye. My son and I have both thoroughly enjoyed our lessons with him! He is a great person and a great trainer!
